At Timeline Bioresearch, we believe that laboratory animal welfare is an ethical responsibility that covers all aspects of animal well-being. Special and respectful attention is given to each individual animal including proper housing and diet, clinical and behavioral management, disease management and treatment, responsible care and humane handling – and we know that good animal care leads to good science.
The Swedish authorities have approved our in vivo facilities and some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies have successfully audited our facilities. All studies are performed in compliance with international guidelines. Furthermore, our animal care technicians have a comprehensive experience and education ensuring the highest standards. All animal studies are approved by the Swedish local governmental ethical committee before start of the project and overseen by the responsible veterinarian. The local Animal Welfare Body led by the responsible director has an overview of all ongoing activities in the animal facility.
